Congratulations to Reut Musari for being promoted to Bental’s Operations Manager.

Reut began working at Bental in 2009 in the engineering department; she went on to project management. In 2015, Reut switched to the marketing and sales department.

Along the way, Reut raised four children. ‘After ten years of intense motherhood, I decided it was time to stop being a “mom, mom, mom” and go back to being a Reut—deciding what I want to do in life and going for it. And what do I want to do in life? Being an operations manager at Bental.’

Reut brings to the new position her signature organizational processes and streamlining. ‘That four children are waiting for me at home only pushes me to be more effective: You have to be super-efficient and get the job done because they are waiting.’

Aside from efficiency and meticulousness, Reut strongly believes in teamwork: “Everyone works together. No one is ‘blow me,’ I’m not ‘above’ anyone. We all work together to advance our goal: to serve our customers.”

Add to that Reut’s long-standing acquaintance with the company, employees, and customers, and you got a recipe for success.
